چکیده
Doğal Öldürücü (NK) hücreleri viral enfeksiyonlara karşı savunmadan ve malignant hücrelerin elimine edilmesinden sorumludur. NK aktivitesi, aktivatör inhibitör etkiye sahip yüzey reseptörleri, sitokinlerin etkisi diğer immun hücrelerle yaptıkları etkileşimler tarafından düzenlenir. Kanser immünoterapi stratejilerinde, T hücreleri, hücreler, NK-T B dendritik hücreler makrofajların kanser hücrelerini tanıma etme özelliklerinden yararlanılması amaçlanır. öldürücü hücre hücresi aktivasyonunu homeostazını düzenlemeden sorumludurlar. Bu reseptörlerden iletilen aktive edici sinyaller arasındaki denge işlevselliğini kontrol eder. Aktivatör reseptörler, sitotoksisite reseptörlerini (NCRs) (NKp46, NKp30 NKp44) CD94/NKG2C, NKG2D, NKG2E/H NKG2F içerir. İnhibitör reseptörler arasında C-tipi lektin reseptörleri (CD94 / NKG2A B) KIR (KIR-2DL KIR-3DL) bulunur. Derlemede hücrelerinin etki mekanizmaları aktivitesine immunomodülatör gösteren moleküller ele alınmıştır .
